The Legends Golf & Resort, Heathland is a heathland style public golf course located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The course originally opened in 1990 and was designed by Tom Doak, it features tifeagle bermudagrass greens and bermudagrass fairways. The course consists of four Par 3's, 11 Par 4's and three Par 5's and plays to a maximum distance of 6800 yards with a course rating of 72.8 and a slope of 131 over 18 holes. Three sets of men's tees and a single set of ladies' tees create an enjoyable test of golf for players of all abilities.
Rental services are available including motorized carts. The practice area at the facility includes a full service driving range and a seperate putting green. Food and beverage options include a restaurant with full service bar.

 20 November 2011 |  | This course is wide open so wind plays a big roll in its layout. On any given day you are playing into a tough wind that makes this course hard to hit all your shots.The distance also changes a great deal. The sand bunkers are placed very nice and doesn't give you to much trouble. The greens are fast and have up and down slopes. Just tough to play. This course is one of three at the Legends (Moreland & Parkland) are the other two. |  | ||||
