Moody Gardens Golf Course is a municipal golf course located in Galveston, Texas. 03 April 2010 |  | Moody Gardens is resort style course that is very playable for golfers at all levels. Course will typically have wind as a factor as the course is located a block off the Gulf of Mexico. Greens were in good shape, but needed to be mowed/rolled. The course can be tricky on a few holes as you will need to know where the safe play is. All in all, a fun course that is a different change of pace. |  | ||||

03 April 2010 | | For early April the course was in great condition. The driving range was the second best I hgave seen in all of the Houston metroplex. Fairaways and greens had nice grass already. The only knock was the the greens have not been cut or rolled which made them very bumpy and bit slow. The price is wee bit high for a non-resident otherwise my ratings would have been higher. | | ||||
